This race will be totally different than what Opel was. We will take these faster cars to the dirt surface of 20 km long Tours. It features long straights with some twisty sections in between. The race is also considerably longer so the durability of the cars will play much bigger part now. Also top speed is probably the most important single factor.
Start
Starting grid will be again with ballot. The start will be again a rolling start and after the green lights in grid the cars will go slowly into a single file formation like at Opel, but the start will happen in the next straight. More detailed instructions closer to the event.
Racing
Please remember that these cars have different top speeds and different brakes so the braking zones will vary greatly. And there's no blue not yellow flags in the 20s, but blocking and weaving is still prohibited. If you get tyre puncture or fuel tank leak and you need to make a stop outside the pits, drive to the side of the road in a place where you can be seen from the distance so you don't cause unnecessary accidents. The weather forecast will be announced about a week before the race and it will then get more precise going into the event. Remember that CSP 0.2.8-preview1 is required for this race.
