The Viper TA is the first special edition of the 5th generation Viper. It's a track- oriented version for those mad enought to test their limits with the american supercar.
The powertrain configuration is uncganged from its outrageous original spec.
The changes are visible in the city-friendly aero package which generates a downforce of 126 kilograms at 240 km/h (278lbs@150mph), and specially in a new suspension, thoroughly improved for track work, with stiffer spring rates up 20 percent. Stabiliser bars are over 30 percent stiffer.
Brakes have been improved, with a bit bigger swept area.
SRT fits the lightest available original-equipment forged alloy wheels, finished exclusively in black, and wraps them in wide Pirelli P Zero Corsa tyres.

Laguna Seca lap time: ~1:32-1:33 (ideal conditions).
